• Session storage — a flag in your browser session when you unlock a calculator (newsletter or PDF access link)
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and server logs from our host (Vercel) for security and operation

Why we use it and legal basis

• Newsletter — your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Calculator access — consent (newsletter) or performance of a service linked to your PDF purchase (private access link)
• Hosting logs — legitimate interest in running a secure website

• Vercel — website hosting (Vercel Inc.)
• Payload CMS — content and images (https://cms.vk-webdesign.com)
• Email marketing provider — Sender (sender.net), when configured, for newsletter only
• Etsy — when you click through to buy a pattern; Etsy’s privacy policy applies there

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Calculator session data is cleared when you close your browser tab.

Server logs are kept for a limited period by our host.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France): https://www.cnil.fr/
